The Pierce Boston Luxury Condos in the Heart of the Fenway
Oasis Specialty Glass was proud to work with John Moriarty & Associates on the specialty glass design, fabrication and installation for the Pierce Boston, Fenway’s newest and tallest luxury condo project. The approximately 370-foot tower is the tallest building in Fenway and one of the tallest buildings in Massachusetts, west of Back Bay. It features a fitness center, yoga studio, and roof top pool, plus 20,000 sq.ft. of retail space at street level. The Pierce houses 240 apartments and 109 condos, dozens of which have already sold at asking prices of $1,000,000 to $6,000,000. Oasis worked with CBT interior designer Lois Goodell, and her team to realize their vision for the project, a distinctive blend of urban sophistication, local artistry and boutique elegance. Oasis Specialty Glass installed all of the Oasis brand frameless shower enclosures & water closets, interior entry systems, fixed partition walls, decorative glass wall cladding, back-painted glass backsplashes, floor to ceiling mirrored walls and glass flooring (cast by Lucid Glass Studio and featured in the private dining area). The 30th floor features The Levity Lounge, library, conference rooms, private dining room, sun deck and sky cabanas. With the combination of floor to ceiling windows, open and airy floor plans, and stunning views of the Boston skyline, The Pierce Boston creates one of New England’s unparalleled living experiences. The result is a truly inspiring and unique living space combining both style and elegance with safety and integrity.
