Oasis Specialty Glass worked with Lee Kennedy and Group One Architects in the design and fabrication of the award-winning specialty glass featured in the luxury suites at the Envoy, Boston’s premier waterfront hotel. Group One Partners, Inc., is an award-winning design firm that specializes in architectural, interior design, and purchasing services for hospitality properties. Oasis Shower Doors designed, fabricated and installed all of the frameless shower and water closet enclosures, sliding and fixed partition walls, and back-painted elevator lobby wall treatments. The unique contemporary style of this new hotel called for an innovative approach for the bathroom design. Using the latest in glass imaging technology and frameless glass hardware, Oasis fit their designs precisely to the architects vision. Printed with colored glass frit that is melted into the glass itself, digitally imaged glass offers endless design opportunities for architects and designers. The result is a truly unique solution combining both safety and integrity with style and elegance. Oasis was the proud  to receive  a Prism Award for Best Use of Interior Glass in recognition of this project. Oasis Shower Doors Commercial Project: Hotel Envoy. Gold Winner of the 2015 Prism Award for Best Use of Interior Glass. Features side-by-side water closet and frameless shower enclosures, sliding and fixed partition walls, digitally imaged glass, and back-painted glass wall treatments.
Features: Duel sliding partition walls of 1/2” low-iron, imaged glass hang from heavy-duty trolley system featuring motion dampeners and soft-close technology. Both walls close to the corner. Enclosures were designed in multiple configurations using combinations of both fixed and sliding partitions.
